Returns Policy

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your return where possible.  ArmsDealer accepts returns that are in new, unused condition and in its original packaging accompanied with its original receipt within 14 days of purchase.  You must return your items by completing our “Returns Form” downloadable from our site and include your original receipt with your return parcel.  A refund, exchange or credit will be granted that best suits the requests of our customers and relevant to the stock on hand we possess at the time of return.

  1. We highly recommend that you send your returns via “REGISTERED POST” so you can track your parcel and be sure we have received it.
  2. Goods must be adequately packed to ensure they are not damaged or lost in transit
  3. Items returned to ArmsDealer shall be returned to us at your cost

 

Order Cancellations

Should you choose to cancel your order, you can do so prior to your shipment leaving our warehouse and by contacting Orders@ArmsDealer.com.au 

Once you have received your order and you still choose to cancel it;

Please ensure the following:

  1. Complete our “Returns Form
  2. Goods are accompanied by your original receipt and are still in retail packaging
  3. Goods are adequately packed to ensure they are not damaged in transit
  4. You incur the cost for return delivery
 

Cancellation of “special order” items, will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Special Order Items

These are items that are not usually kept in inventory and have been specially ordered to fulfill our customer’s requirements.  Contact our Orders section to inquire if we can source a specific item for you.  Orders@ArmsDealer.com.au

Warranty

A warranty is a voluntary promise offered by the manufacturer which is distinctly different to the consumer guarantees that ArmsDealer adheres to.  As such, ArmsDealer does not handle warranty claims.  All warranty claims should be directed to the specific manufacturer of the item.  If you have difficulty with whom to direct your enquiry to, ArmsDealer will try to assist our customers if we can. 

The warranties offered by many firearms and reloading equipment manufacturers are often exceptional.  Some manufacturers provide customers with a lifetime repair or replacement guarantee.  This level of commitment to product and workmanship is something we could only dream of from other industries.  Try and get that from Ford or Holden.

Defective Equipment on Arrival

If you are aware of a problem with your item please let us know immediately by contacting our Customer Service team.

It is important to us that our customers receive top quality goods.  Occasionally items may arrive and not work as intended.  In accordance with our Returns Policy guidelines set out in Shipping and Returns above, we will do our best to either refund or replace a defective item. 

All return items MUST be accompanied by an original receipt and a completed “Returns Form”.
